“I get way too much happiness from good food.” – Elizabeth Olsen
Most of us know how happy a great meal makes us feel but often forget how feeding the soul makes us feel good too!
The health of our soul is just important as the health of our body.
Like the body, the soul knows when it is properly fueled. When fed with the right things, the soul responds in kind. It causes us to feel better, lighter more energized. We feel a stronger sense of well-being. But because the soul is less apparent than our body, we can ignore some of its signals. For example, we might be experiencing low energy, exhaustion or even despondency. The source of those debilitating issues could be arising from something we’re taking in that has nothing to do with a physical diet of food.
By regularly choosing to feed and inspire ourselves with fresh, energy-infusing content, we can add to our life on a whole new level.
In my latest podcast, I talk about the differences between the body and the soul. I also introduce some easy ways to gain awareness of what you’ve been doing to either feed or starve your soul. As you listen, discover how you can make some positive changes for personal uplift.
Be empowered to enliven your soul, your peace of mind — and your personal happiness, too.
